Delivery Information
We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and Oceania.
United Kingdom
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 2–3 working days. Once shipped, your item should arrive within 3–5 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) once your order is on its way.
Europe
Orders to European destinations typically arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
United States
Delivery takes 5–10 working days after dispatch. We use reliable courier services to get your items to you safely.
Oceania (including Australia & New Zealand)
Please allow 10–15 working days for delivery. We do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but remote areas may take slightly longer.
Please note: Dispatch time is usually 2–3 working days from the date of your order. Delays may occur during peak periods or holidays, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Customs & International Orders
For all international orders, customs charges, import duties, and local taxes are not included in your order total.
These are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
Asal Roots is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order — but if you change your mind, that’s okay too.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Returns must be initiated by emailing us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return
Customers are responsible for covering return postage fees, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Note: If you are returning from outside the UK, please mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges. If customs fees are incurred due to incorrect labelling, they may be deducted from your refund.
